During last week’s polar vortex surge of bitter cold, two hardcore construction companies bundled up and went to work installing helical anchors in arctic Connecticut.

Conte Construction, assisted conservation-minded-construction company, Timber & Stone, LLC, with the installation of helical piles for a boardwalk in Wilton, CT as part of the new Norwalk River Valley Trail‘s Wilton Center Loop.  When completed, the Norwalk River Valley Trail will be 38 miles long, running from Norwalk, CT to Danbury, CT.

Helical piers can be installed in all weather conditions and are environmentally friendly.  Our installers are also willing to go the extra mile!  Kudos to Timber & Stone and Conte Construction for their dedication to their craft.
