Our Territory

helical pile distributor in the northeast
New England

Helical action in the New England states (Connecticut,Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine) is primarily coastal and urban. The further north and west you go, the more rock you encounter, which is unsuitable for helical piers and anchors. Urban and suburban sprawl and the hundreds of miles of coastal sand and bog cry out for easy access/low impact deep foundation elements.

North Jersey – Long Island – New York Metro

Northern New Jersey, New York City, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, and Long Island each have their own unique set of challenges and we are prepared to meet them. A specific helical code is in effect in the five boroughs and strict regulations regarding construction materials and installation methods are required. We have also responded to Federal Emergency Management Agency requirements along the coast post-Hurricane Sandy with The Sandy Solution® utilizing IDEAL® helical piles in unique applications while emphasizing economical designs.

Pennsylvania – South Jersey – West Virginia

The South Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania territory is our home base. At Danbro Distributors, we are well-versed in the area and its unique challenges. As such, we were able to create a rapid response to the devastation of Hurricane Sandy and continue to assist in implementing proven rebuilding methods. Danbro now serves the entire Keystone state in addition to West Virginia with a new, expanded product line better suited to this rugged terrain.

Delaware – Maryland – Virginia – Washington, D.C.

Our southernmost territory includes suburbs and seaboards, cities and towns with many soil environments requiring deep-foundation elements. Helical piers and anchors are popular choices in urban environments like Richmond, Virginia, Washington, D.C., Baltimore Maryland and Wilmington, Delaware, as well as in the sandy soils and wetlands of the eastern shore.

Regional Territories

Helical Pile home elevation project

Northern Mid-Atlantic

New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia fall into this fertile territory. Congestion and urban/suburban sprawl, together with questionable soil environments and major bodies of water, make helical piers/anchors, large diameter piles, and the revolutionary STELCOR drilled-in displacement piles, a convenient go-to in this geography. Extremely limited access, environmental concerns, mobilization, and no-vibrations make these deep foundation technologies a no-fault/default in the crowded landscape of available solutions.

Stone Harbor, New Jersey home lifted with helical piles

Southern Mid-Atlantic

Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. comprise our southernmost territory. Deep foundation elements are called for in areas like this with weak soils unable to support structures on a traditional shallow foundation. Infrastructure constantly in need of maintenance and repair and urban/suburban sprawl add to the construction challenges in this region. Helical piers/anchors, large diameter piles, and the revolutionary STELCOR drilled-in displacement piles are IDEAL® solutions to the myriad challenges in these environments.
