An Architect was building a Summer residence in Cape May in the Harbor area. A deadline and mobilization issues forced the contractor and client to price out helicals as an option which allowed the project to proceed without additional expense or delays.

- Challenge/Unique Aspect: Mobilization was the primary issue and Installation was limited from low to mid-tide. Marsh/Mud and Crane mats were required and constantly had to be repositioned as the tide rose. The finished piles were 12′ above grade and needed to be wrapped in fiberglass and concrete filled.
