HELICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXPANSION
The CHANCE Helical Pier Foundation Systems are designed, tested, and proven for applications in expansive soils, high water tables, fill areas, and other areas where unstable soils require loads to be transferred to a stable bearing soil layer.
For residential and commercial applications, CHANCE Helical Piers are installed at predetermined intervals and tie into a concrete grade beam and pile cap system. If high capacity piers are required for heavy commercial and industrial applications, HELICAL PULLDOWN™ Micropiles can be installed in the same manner as above.
